Plug-In Terminus

The Plug-In Terminus family of modems addresses industries need for PCB mountable, carrier-certified embedded wireless devices.  Combining full M2M features and functionalities with the flexibility of a standard DIP design, the Plug-In Terminus devices all share the same mechanical footprint and offer users the ability to easily configure any application design for wireless communication. The Plug-Ins are available for GSM/GPRS, CDMA- 1xRTT, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA+, EVDO, LTE and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) wireless networks.                                                                                          

T2 Terminus

Our second generation Standard Terminus (T2) products are highly adaptable, cost-effective cellular terminals incorporating an embedded 32-bit Cortex M4™ 210MIPS processor with 1024KB Flash/192KB+4KB RAM. The T2 offers standard serial and USB (OTG) connectivity, 4-20 mA current loops, an acceler-ometer, built in FPU, built in DSP, and an input power range of 7 -28 VDC. Incorporating our Plug-In Terminus as the wireless heart of the device, the T2 is available for use on GSM/GPRS, CDMA-1xRTT, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA+, EVDO, LTE and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) wireless networks.

Intelligent Terminus

The Intelligent Terminus (400AP) products are complete wireless communication devices with integrated ARM9 processors and deep flash & RAM memory. They include serial (RS232 and RS485), USB and Ethernet connectivity with a voltage input range from 7 to 26 Vdc. The Amtel ARM9 architecture is capable of 400 MIPS and operates with Linux OS. Incorporating our Plug-In Terminus as the wireless heart of the device, the 400AP is available for use on GSM/GPRS, CDMA- 1xRTT, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA+, EVDO, LTE, and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) wireless networks.

POTSwap -

The POTS Replacement

The POTSwap allows landline telephones and modems to replace their POTS (plain old telephone service) connection with a wireless cellular connection. An internal landline modem allows legacy dial-up modem equipment to connect to remote TCP/IP networks. Fixed location voice applications can connect directly to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Both dial-in and dial-out data and voice applications are supported.
